Easy Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but in case you’re unhappy with the fit or if the product is damaged, then we are happy to help you!

To apply for an exchange, you can simply choose the exchange option on your order details. Alternatively, you can also e-mail us at anushajcouture@gmail.com and we will be happy to process the exchange for you.

We accept return requests up to 3 days after delivery, only if the item is unused, unwashed, with original packing and tags in place.

Refunds will not be issued if the product fails to meet the above-mentioned conditions and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at anushajcouture@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Currently, we do not provide any cashback returns.

 

Process of Exchange Request -

  1. Send your exchange request with the attached purchase invoice at Anushajcouture@gmail.com 
  2. Dispatch the product from any reputed courier service to our office at Princes Business Skypark, 105, Mumbai - Agra National Hwy, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001
  3. Share the booking receipt with order ID, contact number, email ID, and new size or measurements on Anushajcouture@gmail.com

 

Eligibility for Successful Exchange

We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. The customer must send the product back using a reputed courier service. The exchange will be applicable only if:

  • Returned items have the tags still on and are returned in original packaging
  • Returned items have no visible signs of wear or use

After receiving the product on our end, it will be examined. Return will be initiated once we establish that the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged with no stains, tears, or rips and in its original condition. 

We offer a one-time-only exchange.

Anusha J Couture bears no responsibility if your product is stolen or lost during transit.

We are not liable for any returns that were initiated without notifying us.
